Pastor Raymond Harris answered God’s call to plant a church with a simple goal: to equip people with God’s Word so they can walk in their purpose to help build His Kingdom. With the help of his family, they committed to making this goal happen—Kingdom Equipped Ministries (K.E.M.) held its first service on Sunday, October 21, 2018 in a rented building located in Fredericksburg, VA. That first Sunday, 58 attendees joined us in worship and four families became members of the Church.

As K.E.M. heads into this first year, Pastor Harris is focusing on reaching out to the non-churched community, the youth and building relationships through outreach and prayer. The life-giving message of the Word and the passion and spirit-filled joy of Sunday Celebrations are bringing growth to the Church. K.E.M. offers contemporary, biblically-driven worship services that are alive with energy and creativity, as well as bible study, exciting children’s and student ministries, and dynamic small groups.
